Part 4
She was smiling at him and as he reached her the lights came back and so did his senses which had gone flying somewhere when he had seen khushi.
Khushi: HI Arnav! Good evening! You are late! You should have been here by 5 but its now 7.
Arnav: oh! Sorry actually i.......he was too dazed to say
Khushi: its ok Arnav! I will go and freshen up for the party. She hurried to the washroom and became busy with her makeup’s to look the best from anyone else.
Meanwhile Payal met Arnav!
“Hii Arnav right?”
“ right but who is it?”
“I am khushi’s sister payal gupta”
“ oh! Hii! Welcome to the party. Khushi has made quite good arrangements, even without any one’s help”
“do you like her”
“what...” he didn't expect such a question from her. Too straight forward.
“its not like that!”
“ just think about it Arnav! Your eyes tell it!”
He was about to tell something when khushi came in smiling and he was again lost forgetting that everyone were around.
The party started. It was followed by dance, music, DJ’s. It was full of fun and khushi was enjoying thoroughly. She was all the time standing next to Arnav.
Payal pulled her from the crowd and said
“khushi plan no.2 jealous! Make him jealous. If you be all the time with him. He will not realise you importance.”
“ but how will i make him jealous?”
She told her plan to khushi. Khushi was laughing but was excited to know what will his reaction be?
She went straight upto the stage. She spoke in the mic-
“ hii everyone!”
Everyone among the audience stared at the beautiful lady standing on the stage. Arnav looked confused. And shyaam stood full of lust for this girl in front.
“ welcome to all for coming to this party of AR. I am the PA of Mr. Arnav singh Raizada here. I actually thought why not we have some dance around here”
Everyone cheered.
“ If all of us agree i would like to dance but there is a problem, i don't have a partner to dance with what to do? If any one is interested please come to the back stage. Please enjoy the party” she concluded.
Shyaam went towards the backstage and so did Arnav.
Shyaam: hii i am shyaam and you miss..
Khushi was about to deny but when she saw Arnav coming she smiled and chirped along.
Khushi: khushi
Arnav: khushi what is all this? Why dance?
Khushi: why cant i ? its a party and there has to be dance performance right?
Arnav: ok but why do you need a partner? You can dance alone.
Khushi: dont joke Arnav! It will be ok dont worry!
Shyaam: i will dance i am interested khushi
Khushi smiled at him and arnav burned.
Arnav: shyaam! Your marriage is fixed! You can only dance with your to-be wife. Mamma and di will feel bad if you do so.
Shyaam: then no one else is also there! Nothing will happen Arnav! Who will dance with her if i dont?
Arnav: i will. You get it. Lets go khushi
Khushi:what??? Arnav you will! Is it?
Shyaam: Arnav! He is your boss right?
Arnav: but before i became her boss i was her friend so she calls me by my name you get it!
Arnav and khushi went to decide the song and soon they were on stage to give there performance.
Shyaam: Arnav! You didnt do right! You made my marriage fixed with that girl whom i have not even seen and here you are with this beautiful girl. I wont never allow this! I and khushi will be together!
He was angrily pacing when he dashed with an equally horrified Lavanya after hearing about arnav and khushi dance.
She had been persuading Arnav for all these years and he had paid no heed to her but to this khushi , a girl who joined just a few weeks back was doing all this to him. And it was because of her that now she no more worked with Arnav.
